Ârc
— ÂRC ANGELSYNDICATE ON ÂRC TERMS
— Ârc Angel

A syndicate for Ârc members, on Ârc terms.

Fulgur and Curious lead pre-seed rounds from inside the Ârc accelerator at Network School. Ârc Angel lets members of the community invest in those rounds on identical terms, from $1,000 per deal.

Closed to non-members. Accredited investors only.

01 — The opportunity

Co-invest in rounds already led by Fulgur or Curious.

Same valuation, same documents, same investor rights. From $1,000 per deal.

Fulgur (Bitcoin) and Curious (AI × Web3) fund founders from inside the Ârc accelerator. Both GPs live onsite at Network School. Diligence is done in person, over weeks, before either fund writes a check. When they do, Ârc Angel opens a slice of the round to the community on the same terms. The minimum is $1,000. No commitment to any individual deal.

02 — How it works

Three steps, from membership to allocation.

Apply. Receive memos. Allocate from $1,000 per deal.
01
Apply
Request access via the form. AngelList handles accreditation verification at onboarding.
02
Receive memos
When Fulgur or Curious lead a round, a memo goes to the syndicate. It sets out the company, the terms, the thesis, and the lead investor's conviction.
03
Allocate
Commit from $1,000 per deal. Allocations are first-come, first-served within the syndicate cap. Pass on anything you don't want to back.
03 — Terms

The deal, in plain numbers.

Standard funds and syndicates charge 20% carry plus a 2% annual management fee. Ârc Angel charges 15% and nothing. We want you to win.

04 — Deal flow

Fewer, higher-conviction memos.

We'd rather send one memo a quarter we believe in than ten we don't.

Deal flow is limited to rounds led by Fulgur or Curious within the Ârc accelerator. Ârc Angel does not source deals independently, does not syndicate third-party rounds, and does not run a fund of funds. Expected cadence is modest in year one and increases as the accelerator's portfolio grows.

05 — What it is not

Clarity, so you know what you're in.

What Ârc Angel does. And what it explicitly does not.
01
Not a fund
There is no committed capital, no management fee, and no obligation on members to participate in any given deal.
02
Not a lead
Fulgur and Curious set the terms; Ârc Angel invests on them.
03
Not a substitute for your own diligence
Memos summarise the lead's view. Members decide.

Pre-seed is the highest-risk stage of venture investing. Most companies at this stage fail.

06 — Who can join

Closed to non-members. Accredited investors only.

Ârc Angel is closed to non-members. Eligibility is limited to Ârc members and NS residents, current or former. All members must be accredited under the rules of their jurisdiction. AngelList enforces this at onboarding.

Request access.

If you're part of the Ârc or NS community and meet the accreditation bar, request access and AngelList will take it from there.

Accredited investors only. AngelList handles verification at onboarding.
